ABOUT US
The Fútbol Factory was established and is managed by soccer
executives with more than 50 years combined experience in all
facets of professional and amateur soccer at both the domestic
and international levels. As a result, our principals have developed
important relationships with teams, coaches and players throughout
Latin America, Europe and the United States. The Fútbol
Factory's principals have represented professional players and
teams in contract negotiations, marketing and endorsement opportunities
and player transfers. Our management team has organized and promoted
international matches and, acting as match agents, arranged the
participation of major teams in important international matches.
This unique and extensive soccer experience is reflected in the
quality of all of our youth soccer programs.
W. Randolph Torres

Randy Torres established InterAthletics, a New York City sports
management firm, in 1996 and has represented soccer players and
clubs in Latin America and Eastern Europe. Randy was a marketing
pioneer in the former Soviet Union and established very successful
marketing programs for clubs in the smaller former Soviet republics.
Randy has also served as an international match agent and promoter
and arranged friendly matches for several European and Latin American
teams. In 2004, Randy organized the New York City Fiesta Cup,
the official international soccer game of the Mayor of New York
City. The Fiesta Cup featured the national teams of Argentina
and Peru and drew more than 41,000 fans to Giants Stadium-one
of the largest crowds to see an international friendly game in
the US.
Randy has also worked with the Royal Yacht Club Cannotieri Savoia
of Naples, Italy promoting their America's Cup Mascalzone Latino
yacht racing syndicate in the 2003 America's Cup in New Zealand.
He also promoted the Domina Vacanze Cycling Team of Italy, featuring
the 2002-03 world cycling champion Mario Cipollini.
Randy has more than 20 years of legal and investment banking experience
on Wall Street. As an investment banker with Donaldson, Lufkin
& Jenrette's (now Credit Suisse First Boston), he was lead
banker in financings exceeding $14 billion. As a senior attorney
with Brown & Wood (now Sidley, Austin, Brown & Wood),
the preeminent Wall Street law firm, he was bond counsel to some
of the largest issuers in the United States.
Randy is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center, where
he obtained a Master of Laws degree in Securities Regulation.
He holds a J. D. degree from the University of Puerto Rico School
of Law and a B.A. from George Washington University. He is a recipient
of the 1978 Solomon Scholarship for International Law Studies
at the University of Bologna, Italy.
Javier Zeoli
Director, South American Programs

Javier Zeoli is one of the outstanding young coaching talents
in South America today. He has served as assistant coach of the
Uruguayan U-17, U-20, U-23 and senior national teams.
As a player he was one of the dominant South American goalkeepers
of his generation. He emerged from the Danubio youth system joining
their first division squad at age 18. He went on to play for some
of the best teams in the world including 3-time South American
and 3-time world champion C.F. Nacional de Montevideo, River Plate
of Argentina and Tenerife of Spain. Javier was the starting goalkeeper
for 1991 Bolivian Champions Bolívar and the 1988 Uruguayan
Clausura Champions Danubio.
Javier has played in major international tournaments including
the 1990 World Cup, 5 Copa Libertadores and 3 Copa America tournaments.
He was the starting goalkeeper for the Uruguayan National Team
for the 1990 World Cup in Italy and the gold medal winning Uruguayan
National Team in the U-19 South American Championships in Ecuador.
Fernando Sanagua

Fernando Sanagua is a graduate of the youth system of 3 time South
American and 1968 world champion CA Estudiantes de La Plata of
Argentina where he began playing at age 10, and went on to play
professionally in Uruguay with FC La Luz until a knee injury forced
him into early retirement. Over the past 8 years Fernando has
been actively involved in youth soccer in the New York tri-state
area. He began his US coaching career in 1997 as an instructor
in the Carlos Bilardo Soccer School of Brooklyn. He worked directly
with Coach Bilardo, who coached Argentina to victory in the 1986
Mexico World Cup. Later on he successfully trained several youth
teams in New York City's Cosmopolitan League. In 1999 he was selected
coach of the NYC Cosmopolitan League Select Team that played in
the Arsenal International Soccer Festival in England. In 2003
he was Javier Zeoli's assistant in the Connecticut Legend summer
program in West Haven, CT. Fernando has also worked as a personal
trainer with elite college bound and professional youth players.
Greg Calleia

For over 10 years Greg has been involved in all facets of youth
soccer in Long Island. From 1998 to 2003 he was a coach of the
North Babylon Eagles. Greg was also the first to introduce to
Long Island youth soccer a summer camp affiliated with a major
European club when he organized and managed the Parma AC (Italian
Serie A) camp during the summers of 2000, 2001 and 2002. Greg
was has served as president of the CT Legends soccer organization
that was briefly affiliated with the USL. As president he established
the first Fútbol Factory summer youth camp program in the
US. In 2003 he promoted an international friendly game between
current Ecuadorian champion CD Cuenca and several time Salvadorian
champion CD FAS.
